The problem is, you wanted to throw the Party in the first place to spend time with the people you invited. But you get so busy running around, cooking and serving the needs of everyone, you never seem to get to RELAX and ENJOY the Party!

Menu Planning
We discuss Party Themes and possible Décor. We discuss service times. We tour your kitchen to see our work area and get a look at the ovens and refrigerator. Then we discuss your Menu and Beverage service. We discuss your favorite dishes. We customize menus to match with Party Themes. Sometimes we create recipes and dishes specifically for your Party. In our mind, Your Party and Your Food Truly Matter! So we’re not going to give you the same old standard cuisine everyone else offers, so your party will be a memorable experience people will talk about for weeks, months and years to come.
Shopping and Party Preparation
Once we have decided upon a menu, and we contract your event, We go shopping for the food usually 1 to two days ahead of your Party. You pay us for our labor charges and the cost of food and supplies that are needed to execute your Party.
Cooks Comfort Cuisine will arrange with you the needed prep time that we need in your kitchen. We’ll bring all of our own Cooking Equipment, Pots, Pans and Utensils. On occasion we may use some of yours but if we do they’ll be washed and put away.
We start to set up and display your stationary Hors D’oeuvres, prepare the Hot Dishes and organize all of the Party’s Cuisine, fresh right in your kitchen. We may use your Ovens, Stove or Barbeque.

We believe in serving our fabulous gourmet recipes sizzling fresh, from Skillet to Plate, for your guest’s ultimate enjoyment. No pre-cooking, freezing, then defrosting, then transporting cross-town, only to reheat your food when arriving.
