How Does It Work?
Our goal is to make each meal that we prepare for you the very best you have ever tasted! In order to accomplish this we prepare delicious homemade meals to your specifications as well as preparing favorite recipes you may have.

To begin your consultation we値l have you fill out the online client assessment form. Once we receive the assessment form we will custom design a menu for you that encompasses your personal likes, dislikes, and any dietary needs you may have. We will also discuss portion size preferences, packaging needs (single meals, dinner for two, or family style), and schedule your first cook date.
Next, we'll plan and submit the menu for your feedback.
The menu needs to be finalized at least five working days prior to the cook date to allow the chef's adequate time for planning and preparation.
On your cook date Chef Ricky Joe and his assistant (sous chef Doug) will arrive with the freshest ingredients and all that is necessary to prepare your meals.
Once the meals are ready, we will package them to your specifications, label them, leave a detailed menu, and complete heating instructions. Then we値l clean up leaving your kitchen as clean as when we arrived.
You値l arrive home to wonderful aromas, a well stocked refridgerator or freezer and one less thing to worry about. Just enjoy delicious meals in the comfort of your own home. You will save on average 2 hours per day to get on with the more important things in life! Plus you値l have a refrigerator or freezer full of your favorite foods.
We shop for all of the groceries needed for the meals on your menu. The cost of the groceries are in addition to our cheffing fees.
