We'll set the stage
for a wonderful, romantic
dinner for you and your partner or spouse in
Picture this… You and your partner or spouse relaxing with beautiful flowers, music of your choice, flickering candles on your dining room table - the setting is powerful because it is in the privacy and comfort of your very own home.
Chef Ricky Joe and his assistant (Sous chef Doug) will prepare a four course gourmet meal.
We’ll do all the shopping, meal planning, cooking and clean up. Just relax and enjoy a romantic evening.
Your evening will include... Appetizers A gourmet meal, wine, keepsake menu, Fresh flower bouquet, candles for the table, Dessert.
Pricing for dinners for two start at $275.00 and can go up if more upscale menu items are requested. If serving is requested there will be an additional $50 added to the price.

Seared tuna Sushi grade tuna and avocado timbale with ginger crème fraiche

Shrimp and avocado tower for two: Layers of shrimp, avocado, tomato concasse, daikon, carrot and watercress with a sesame ginger dressing
Scallop Salad: Pan seared scallops with sesame crust tangerine lemon oil vinaigrette over micro greens
Chèvre Salad: Warm almond crusted goat's cheese medallions, spring greens and raspberry vinaigrette
MAIN COURSE your choice of one of the following…
Pan seared Beef tenderloin fillets, surrounded with bacon slices and finished in the oven with wine and garlic butter sauce Sides are Parmesan Mashed Potatoes and Country Style roasted beets

Sole Wellington Fillet of sole with shrimp, crab and oyster mushroom duxelle wrapped in puff pastry with a chardonnay beurre blanc and grilled seasonal vegetables
Chicken with Brie, Apricots and Almonds What a great dish for something a little different. This is wrapped in puff pastry for an elegant presentation and served with seasonal vegetables
Champagne Shrimp with Rosemary Sauteed shrimp in a mushroom, champagne and rosemary sauce and served over champagne lemon risotto with seasonal vegetables
Chicken Poivre With Gorgonzola Cream Sauce Sauteed chicken breasts with a gorgonzola sauce over new potatoes and green beans.
